You can manage your delivery window from the order management page

You can reschedule your order to any available delivery window as long as a driver has not left our warehouse with your order. If a driver is already on their way and you need to reschedule, you may still do so but you will have to select a delivery window for the next day.

We started FLOWER CO. in response to the high taxes that came along with legalization. Cannabis taxes are calculated at checkout and depend on the type of product you are purchasing and where the product is being delivered.

Cannabis taxes in California compound. The result is an effective tax rate so high it makes our accountant blush.

There are some minor exceptions for MMIC customers but for the majority of users the tax calculation looks something like this: your cannabis subtotal is hit with the local cannabis tax (if applicable). Then, the state requires us to add delivery fees (if applicable) to the cannabis subtotal plus the local cannabis tax total and hit that with the 19% State excise tax. Next, we add any non-cannabis products like accessories and merch and hit everything with your local sales tax rate.

FLOWER CO. does not make money by charging taxes. Every penny we collect in taxes is handed over to the government because that's how taxes work. Want to see lower cannabis taxes? Call the Governor's office at (916) 445-2841.
